IDM Parfume (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is an internal tool that helps authorized affiliates of the IDM Parfume brand publish brand product videos to their own TikTok accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When an affiliate chooses to connect their TikTok account through TikTok’s official “Login with TikTok” (OAuth) flow and grants consent, we collect:

• TikTok account identifiers — your open_id and basic public profile information (display name, avatar) provided by TikTok.
• Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok, used solely to perform the actions you authorized (publishing or uploading videos to your own account).
• Content you create through the App — videos, captions, and scheduling details you choose to post.
• Post and performance data returned by TikTok for the content published via the App (e.g., views, likes, comments, shares), used for reporting back to you.

We do not collect your TikTok password. Authentication is handled entirely by TikTok.

2. How We Use Information

• To connect and identify your TikTok account within the App.
• To publish or upload the videos you choose, to your own TikTok account, with your explicit consent.
• To show you the status of your account (active, token expired, daily quota).
• To provide upload and performance reports for content posted via the App.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We do not access content or accounts beyond the scopes you approve.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• TikTok, through its official APIs, to perform the actions you requested.
• Service providers strictly necessary to operate the App (e.g., secure hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

4. Data Retention

We keep your tokens and account information only while your account remains connected to the App. When you disconnect your account, or upon request, we delete your tokens and associated personal data.

5. Your Choices

• You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which revokes the App’s access.
• You may revoke access directly from your TikTok settings under “Manage app permissions”.
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Security

Tokens and personal data are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is restricted to authorized operators of the App.
